also, i know this sounds really gay, but we should totally have a sign at the entrance to the garage saying "REV AND/OR BOV = GET OUT" Since you started the meet, you should be able to boot people, and had those people not done anything, it would've been sweet... also something that compounded the problem was that it was in a basement so the engines sounded louder
