I'd believe it. Same thing happened to me when i let a friend drive my car. He got pulled over with em in it going 100 down 95. The cop pulled us over took us out the car and told us how like a couple years ago a girl died speeding like us and hit the guardrail ahead of us. He let us go with a verbal warning. So those kind of cops do exist.
