Half you people bitch when the mods ban people for every little thing then the other half of you bitch when they don't really ban anyone...pick a side and stick with it.

I think it is fairly consistent. I mean, things could be a lot more harsh. I'm sure some of you remember back maybe a year or so back I was cracking the banstick over a lot of people's heads really easily. I have since relaxed a bit so that a casual environment can be maintained here.

But, what some people view as insults, others don't. What some view as threats, other don't really see as threats. The site is staffed by a group of moderators and admins. We are all human, and what we each view as a possible offense differs between each of us. Regardless of our differing views in this area, we stand behind each other's decision if banning or infractions are used.

If you all treat each other with respect, then the banstick should never have to come out. But that doesn't happen here, and while the environment is casual, people will get banned for stepping out of line too far.
