your best bet is to get on www.cobaltss.net there is a thread about hampton roads or something like that. they're all spread out though. I know a few of them seeing we own one (wifes') here's the thread acutally http://www.cobaltss.net/forums/showthread.php?t=32990

I kinda like the cobalt, well the concept atleast. Its good to see GM get back into the import/tuner scene.

Yeah, i know about the cobaltss.net thing but i was looking for people specifically in Northern VA, VA beach is like 2 and half hours away

right but there are people in that thread from north carolina and maryland and everything so it's your safer beat. there's not many cobalt owners on this site and all the ones i know of are from down here
