i dont know any local shops that do it in va, but most bike shops can send out parts and wheels to be chrome dipped. All Action Cycle in woodbridge can do it. located on dawson beach road. hope this helps

hmm, ill ask him, my friend just picked up a mercedez 500SL but the chrome finish on the wheels is alll fucked up so he wanted to get them redipped
