Some/most of us here in NoVA have done this the last couple years in a row...seems to be a decent turn out usually later in the night.

Dont even post up if you are going to bitch about cops...there was only one (i think) there last year, and from what I remember, he didn't even do anything.

Sunday night...the 23rd I guess around 9ish until whenever

Hope enough people can come out, it would be nice for everyone to catch up!!
