Default charge pipes

Anyone know of anywhere where i can get a LS Charge pipe changed so that it will fit a GSR. As in cut it and weld on another piece with the correct bend to fit a GSR manifold? Im buying a Kit and its off of a LS and I want to keep my manifold and just modify the charge pipe since it already has the BOV welded on to it.

I'm relatively sure Brauning would be able to do it, I couldnt' begin to imagine how much though.

So a search for "brauning" and some threads will come up, just look for the guy Mark posting, I can't remember his username.

It's located in Colonial Beach, which is about an hour from you w/o traffic.

would it be cheaper to just get another charge pipe piece and weld on a BOV flange.

I could do it..but I'd need to see pics to see if what you want to do is worth the trouble. You maybe better off just getting a new flang and making your own.

Your talking about running it through the hole where the intake would normally go? So your intake has a home of it's own...LoL

You'd need to know the inner and outer diameters for the pipe. Then we'd have to rough guess the bends and order them. I'll talk to brauning motorsports tonight to see if they have supplies in stock. get rough costs. I only know 1 place I trust to order piping for I.C. and it's not cheap for the prebent stuff. So if somebody local can do it then that would be great. Cause were probably talking a hole day to weld and assemble the pipes. So I'll check out your options tonight as well.

I don't want the whole thing. I Want that piece that i have...cut and rewelded with a bend that fits the GSR manifold. I didn't expect IC piping to be so costly.

2 words. mandrel bends. Second word. Welding. ha ha. The average welder makes 20 an hour.

We need to meet up. Let me see what you got and how you want to change it. If you get all the stuff and maybe like buy me some lunch, McD's or something I'll hook you up. Sound good? I've got all the welding wires. I'm just talking the bends. I'm gonna pm you for rough figures.
