Just curious, but why not do it yourself? All you need is a floor jack and jack stands and a couple wrenches. Putting a cat-back exhaust on is about the easiest thing to install on a car after an intake.
A VaDriven member installed a cat-back exhaust on his car in my garage using my lift last night. Very safe and easy.
I don't charge anything if you do it yourself, just ask for help on a barter scale with stuff around the house that takes 2+ people (like moving stuff around, holding drywall, etc).

Just need to make sure it's dry out, little red car has a leather dash and no top, windows, roof, etc.
After 6pm weekdays are generally good with at least a day's notice, weekends have to plan ahead. Have an oil drain can, makes it super easy to do oil changes while on the lift, too. Because I have a dog here -- no radiator flushing, leaks, repairs please.
