There are a lot of CRX/Civic HB drivers up in Baltimore. They all run on Northern Pkwy on Saturday nights. I don't know though if they all post on the same internet site or whatnot though.

You live in NOVA. It's too rich of a place to have a CRX meet. Like the other guy said, try for a Baltimore meet. Baltimore is a shit town.
