LA Tint does good work, but they are on the pricer side and they don't really like going darker than the legal limit, which in VA is essential, because there laws are somewhat strict.

Whats wrong with it being based out of Gary's shop? I have a good reason for not going there, seeing as things between his daughter and I didn't quite work out :/

State Legal is 35% in the back windows, and 50% on the front two windows. Now on SUVs, you can go as dark as you want in the back, but the front two have to be 50%.
