I remember we used to meet up in MD every wednesday at chilis. they gave free wings and chips and salsa we didnt have to order anything really but they were cheap and only gave us a limited amount and would always say they ran out so they're serving them anymore for the nite :/

daaamn fridays changed their happy hour and prices.
mixed drinks are $4 now and its very limited, no more captain n coke n other things.
They also got rid of a few of the appetizer choices. blows.
