For everybody asking about pay through PMs and posts on this thread, you won't get an answer. Feel free to call the Phone number listed during business hours, and set up an interview. Want to get a decent wage? Show up for your interview, clean shaven, dressed properly, carrying a copy of your driving record, and present yourself in a dignified manner.

I think they are asking what the company considers a "decent wage"

Lt. I have years of european car parts exsperience and maintanence, Ive worked at BMW / Porsche / Audi. My driving record however is horrible, would actually prevent me from getting the job, if a clean record is required. I do realize that driving a car to diagnose the problem is important, but are there any non driving related jobs available, as in parts or service advisors, Ive got great relations with the european industries around the area and have worked at many top dollar companies (wagonwork collision, AV automotive, Coleman Powersports). Thanks.
