There's one near the PA/MD line in PA...I think its off 15, but I'm not sure. I believe they let anybody into that one.

not yet, soon.. my boy is in the process of getting his, its hard in Va now, cause to get your license you have to have a place to store vehicles ie a commercial lot. or old dealer ship

But MAA is your best bet to get nice cars for cheap.. my boy walked away with 93 FD new paint, volk wheels, Single turbo. only 80k on the body for 7100. Last time i was up there, it was when the Sti's just came out and there was one with 35miles, left the lot at 25k, there was a 94 NSX with incrediblely low miles, left the lot for 19..its rediculous there.
