the cool thing is that the refusal carries a harsher sentence than the dui.

if you get convicted for the refusal, you are ineligible to get a restricted license so your ass is bumming rides or walking for the next year. THEN the 1 year suspension for the DUI starts, but at least you can possibly get a restricted license. hope you live close to work.

everyone busted for anything illegal in fairfax county goes to whitestone. he is is fairfax county version of saul goodman, but just be prepared to pay arm and leg, and be prepared for him not to rep you. A lot of ppl meet with him then get passed off to one of the other attorneys who are in the firm
