You're just not getting the point. Boosting a motor that wasn't meant to be boosted will blow it at some point. May be a few years down the road, but it will blow. A K-series swap may be a hair slower than your car, but it will last a heck of a lot longer than yours unless the driver is stupid.

BTW, how much HP does your setup put down on the dyno? A K-series with bolt-ons should be able to put down approximately 200 hp.

alot of people just can't understand that. they are mostly the same people running turbo setups off FMUs and VAFC hacks.
