Talked to my sister who is an intern over there. They did it bc they were introducing a new night time DJ named "Tea Bag" or something. They were just trying to draw attention to it, and apparently it worked pretty well.

Its DC 101.1 they play the same shit over and over again anyways..... but they said they didnt want to say the new DJ's name for some reason b/c it was Teabag like stated above
