Covering it up isn't the issue. I just don't want them anymore and I really don't want a different tattoo. I do not care about the pain as I have had eye surgery that was excruciatingly painlful. Cost is not a huge issue, I just do not want to get ripped off, but I am willing to pay an adequate amount for a job well done.

My tattoos are black, with no other colors. I have been researching and yeah black is easier to get off. Let me know guys, and thanks for your help.
