A friend of mine got pulled over the other day in his del sol, the cop said he pulled him over because his license plate was in his windshield and he drives a honda. My friend said that the cop explained that the main reason he pulled him over was due to driving a honda and the cop said that he just wanted to check out the vin and run the plates and etc to make sure the car wasnt stolen due to alot of vehicle thefts reported, my friend said he didnt get no kind of tickets and he said the cop was cool about the license plate and the exhaust etc, now do you guys think its a good thing hondas/ any import are randomly getting pulled over so cops can make sure the car isnt stolen??? I think it is actually cool that a cop is actually doing this as long as he doesnt hand out a handful of tickets. Yeah im sure some of you will flame about his plate in the windshield or whatever else but for the non flamers do you all agree this is a good thing of pwc police to do?it might sound like the cops are hassling you but wouldnt you be happy if your car was randomly pulled over a day after it was reported stolen and you got your shit back?! this thread might not make sense and sound like rambling bullshit but oh well dont respond in that case

 

my mom got pulled over and got a ticket for tossing a cigerate out the window. took 3 cops to pull her over and 45 minutes. damn fredericksburg police

 

hate to say it, but serves her right.. cars come with ash trays for a reason.. use them, don't toss your shit on other people's cars. Even if there isn't other traffic around for it to hit, realize that someone does eventually have to clean up the area at some point.

I hate when people throw their cig butts out the window. Some of the butts have gotten sucked into my hood scoop a couple times and its irked the hell out of me each time that something might catch fire under the hood.

 

Well.......you know how easy it is to steal a honda?

I can use my key to get into yours.

 

Wouldnt it be easier to just walk around a parking lot looking at vin #s to check to see if there stolen. That way your time isnt wasted and he can hit cars up quickly.

edit---I guess people who steal cars woudlnt leave them in parking lots...

 

I got pulled over the other day. But it was for that stupid county sticker. Even though he let me go I know it semi motivated by bov. It's good looking stock but my springs give me away sometimes. I wish some days I was lowered. My turbo is stock but it tends to pull the nose up sometimes and when that bov sounds the front end drops quick. Especially in traffic.

But for all you guys busting on Fredericksburg cops. I've been pulled over 3 times and never issues a ticket. That I am thankful for.
