I had my paint done from macco in fairfax also, nighthawk black pearl on my lude. Came out looking really good and still does look good. Was done about a year ago. I paid $500 for it. I spent a week in sanding with wetsand also.

It's odd that very reputable paint shops charge $2-3k for good prep/paint work, but somehow Maaco does it for $500? Where does the price difference come from?

depends how much you want to pay, i can recommend a few people, but your gonna be spending at least 2500

ive herd good things about mac, and i plan on taking my hatch there as well. I hate the shitty green, id rahter have a darker green

 

I hated it too at 1st man but I have grown to love it

 

For those of you saying maaco job is shit...lol
i paid 1200$ for the top shit that they had there..and i sanded the car myself, the paint job came out pretty good.. just had a few minor flaws...I really don't know how long the paint is going to last.. but i had the car painted for about a year now and its still in good condition..

 

what places would you guys recommend of just the front and back bumper painted?
