Where the hell are they getting all these cars?
Have they instituted a new confication rule or something?
Because I dont remember state and local doing this before.

And the fact they are using these unmarked cars for traffic enforment and not something more usefull like drug interdiction or car theft decoys...well even I can answer that, it because the traffic tickets make money and protecting and serving the community costs money$$$$$.
