did anyone actually call this marc guy from ffx twn ctr...did he actually say dat he won't let us use the parkin garage no more or are u ppl jus assumin dat. no was kicked out from the nissan meet nore did the vw's.

 

i hate to be the one to say this cause i have been raped more by fairfax than anyone but has anyone thought of actually talkin to the police and sayin hey we are going to have a meet and we would like to possibly have an officer present? crazy but it would keep people in line and the police might give those of us from dragva. a little respect and prolly would dick with us at all. now i dunno how they would tell us apart but that can be somone elses idea....

 

i don't think they would allow a meet at all unless the owner of the property allows us to have the meet at their place. maybe there could be a few officers present at that guy's garage?

 

i read on VWVortex.com that no car meets are allowed back there. if you want to you can call Mac but i am not. i've talked with him enough before and he wasn't too happy from the DragVA #3 meet b/c of sooooo many cars and cops. I got his # and can pm it to anyone who wants it.

last friday night after that little nissan meet he came up to the roof and started to talk to me, mac said that DRAG VA meets are the only allowed meets in ffx towncenter, no nissan meets or v-dub meets for example are allowed, only DRAG VA meets! The police officer who came asked mac if he wanted to make the nissan meet leave and he told her thst they were only allowed in if it was a drag va meet. the cop told him that we all need to get dragva decals so they can tell if we are soppesd to be there or not , or some form of I.D., i`m thinkin a print out reciept type sheet. he told the cop that only Drag VA people were allowed in the garage and he told me that he wants everyone to get dragva decals, just enough so the police can tell if you are sopposed to be there. we are still allowed there. so basically u have a drag va decal - no cop trouble at all!

meet at fairlakes is fine for this time cause of the confusion, but a bunch of us needs to meet up w/ mac and talk to him about the next one ( # 5 )
