With an average of 12 tickets issued per flight, I'm not so sure that will be cost effective to the commonwealth. Interesting though.

Great. More focus on virginia's drivers vs virginia's thieves and criminals.

Don't get me wrong, I think excessive speeding/weaving/blah blah puts everyone else in danger, but their priorities are fucked.
