i had a lawyer, this is what i got
$565 fine
driver improvement class
6 months loss of license (4 months restricted)
unsupervised probation for 1 yr
180 days in jail suspended (meaning if i fuck up by next june i goto jail for 6 months)
i guess the only thing the lawyer could do for me was keep me out of jail, they wouldnt reduce the speed for me or get rid of the reckless charge. If you got busted in fairfax county..well..your fucked simple as that

sign up for driver improvement classes asap. itll look better for the judge as if your trying to make an improvement, you know your wrong, blablabla shit like that. if you get any spec of luck on your side that will help. good luck, but prepare for the worst.

dont waste your money on a lawyer, you'll need that money for bus fare and court fines cause i can almost garauntee you'll be w/o license for a year plus jail time. Two of my friends just got exactly that with mere perfect driving records and just happened to get busted. One was doing 100 in a 55 the other was a 72 in a 30 (he got only 6 months suspended plus jail time)
I really want to know whay he was racing the V6 Firebird.
Sums it up for me.
