Since you aren't sure what to post as a price, ill give you some advice. I had an 06 katana 600, even though they are great bikes, the resale is very difficult. I had mine listed for 2700 or so, 9 years newer, less miles and alot less rash and got no bites 
you will probably need to lower your price below 2k. Mine was the most comfy bike ive sat on, but for some reason these just dont sell like the gixxers, GL w/ the sale, if i had extra cash, id consider it
