I really don't know. I just rode it to and from work like 3 miles. I never took time to do any of that to it. Inspection I think is good but I'm too lazy to check. At where it sits, it has tail light, but no head or turn signals. I got pulled over on it and didn't get in trouble besides the speeding ticket but it wasn't reported stolen so I don't think you have to worry about that. No title, so unless your dumb like me, I'd probably just make a project out of it like i was going to do but need to handle my shit first
