Honda will cut you a new key, just take the title + VIN. They will charge more but it will be legit
You could also take the whole ignition to a locksmith and he will make you a new key based on the code.
Id be willing to work something out if you can get a new key made, i just dont have time myself.

i took the ignition to honda and they even told me they cant cut double sided keys...and a locksmith wants more then it would cost to just replace all three lock cylinders from honda house. traded bike last night too.
