I bought a bike from CivicWithASnail but he never paid the bike and the bike was repo'd what can I do?

Well, first and foremost the motorcycle won't get repo'd. I cant let it happen due to my job.

Im sure a bill of sale with that clause stated would suffice.....

you can just call navy fed and let them know yopu're gonna sell the bike to such and such.. and they'll mail the title.. you pick it up... and sell your bike... if you dont pay for it you'll prob keep making payments... give them a call and see what they can do for you...

how much do you owe on it?do you plan on taking the money you get for it and pay it off and give the buyer the title or what?

The "no title" situation is just because YOU dont have the title, because it's not paid for. When a buyer comes up with the cash, you will accompany them to NFCU where they will hand the bank the cash and they get the title? Im not trying to be a smartass it just comes off fishy when your original post strictly says no title.

It doesn't matter because NFCU holds the titles out of state. So they will have to release the title and mail it to him. Once he gets the title, he can sign it and give it to the buyer. OR, NFCU can release the lien on the title and he can go to the DMV and request a new title since VA provides electronic titles and do the whole deal right there at the DMV.
