Comes with two air filters and cleaner, oil, new grips, manual, stand, gas jug, and tie downs. I'm the second owner of this bike. I have only had it for a few months and ridden it twice since i bought it. The original owner was an older guy who only rode trails with it, so it has been ridden easy.
