Are you willing to take less? Like.. a lot less? It looks like it's in great shape, and 27k miles really isn't THAT much.. but in comparison, a friend purchased a 2001 F4 for the same price, and I bought a 2001 ZX6R for that much.. Just a few examples. I'm looking for a good starter bike for my girlfriend. I'm really pretty set on getting her a 250R/250EX Ninja for her, but the F3 would be a good starter bike too.
