The seats will come unbolted directly from my S, so yes the rails will be included. As far as cash i'll be honest with everyone interested and I want $150.00 firm plus black seats that aren't heavily worn and don't have any tears. Thanks for asking S2Kuya I should have mentioned that they included the rails 
( what could be more fun )

ha, I hear ya. I might just end up buying a set and then having to sell these 
I didn't wanna have to do it but if that's what you're hinting at it probably would be faster to get rid of em that way.
