Alpine MRP-M350 and Type-S Sub

I have an Alpine MRP-M350 and a 12" Type-S subwoofer for sale. The Sub comes in a Q-logic box, with a metal grille over the speaker. Everything was bought new from Sound Solution in Chantilly, VA, and was never abused and works fine. New the Amp was 250, and the sub/box/grille were 250. Asking 350 OBO, located in Newport News.
