low mileage e39 bmw 540i 6 speed, documented history

I like my threads to be very detailed and with plenty of pics. I dont need to sell but testing the waters. For sale or Trade is my bmw 540i 6 speed (97 model - best year because no faulty vanos, bigger runners on the intake manifold and bigger throttle body lighter and faster than 00-03' 540's. Look it up if in doubt)
4.4L v8, 89k original miles, car has tons of receipt that document everything that has been done to it since purchased. second owner since 2000. Has original window sticker since new in 97', second owner since 2000 when purchased for $45,000 cash.(check pics for both sale receipts)
It has:
-upgraded adjustable yellow koni shocks and h&r springs
-uuc short shift
-poly bushings on all control arms
-euro center console
-racing dynamic pedals
-borbet type E wheels
-oem angel eyes
-exceptionally clean black leather interior no rips no burn, no tears, no nothing
-m5 front bumper (cracked)
-ugdo
-Mtech trim
-M5 clutch
-sport seats (heated)
-heated steering wheel
recent work
-valley pan gasket (4/13)
-water pump (behr) last month
-oem thermostat (don't remember exact month)
-fan clutch & fan blades 7/13
-plugs & coilpacks (4/13)
exterior is clean with no dents, just one door ding. All electrical work, one touch up/down on all 4 windows, sunroof works, 6 cd changer with factory amp, new battery. Does not overheat, no oil leaks, no ticks, no rattles, no vibrations, no erratic idle, no sputtering, no smoking etc. the car is fast and fun, 300hp / 320 tq.
Car includes 4 sets of keys ( 2 with alarm transmitter for open, lock, panic and trunk opener, 1 valet and 1 wallet key).
needs
windshield cracked
front bumper cracked thanks in part to the lady in the yellow xterra and her backing up a little too close with her tow hitch while parked at the mall. i come to see a cracked bumper and an apology note on my windshield.

more pics of the car will follow shortly. There are actual conscientious and intelligent buyers who also care about a car's history and maintenance and not just the visual appearance of the car. I have included a long list of both. Very few sellers can date back to having the original window sticker, much less the actual sales receipts under both ownership including the signed odometer disclosure, original 4 keys and a long list of maintenance work. I go beyond typing the common and questionable "this was done, this was replaced" BS, i can actually document what i typed. As i said, there are conscientious and intelligent people who actually care for this.

Sounds like a clean car and looks like it has a decade of records. But more exterior/interior/engine/etc pics would help greatly. GLWS!
