I purchased this car immediately after selling my Evo and it has become apparent with my current situation (college), this just isn't the time for a car like this. There is no telling what I would do if something happened to it. I'm always worrying about leaving it in the parking deck for someone to hit or homie-g breaking a window trying to see if there is anything to steal. I am putting it up for sale in order to purchase something a bit less.. m3.

For the short time I have owned the car it's been, for lack of a better word, amazing. The car has had all factory recalls performed (rod bearing, ecu, ect), and just recently had two new oxygen sensors and a new catalytic converter installed by BMW. The car is under full BMW CPO warranty until Jan. 2010. On top of that there is an extended warranty for an additional 150,000 miles. Basically the engine, tranny, ect. under normal driving conditions (driver knowledge and competence is assumed) is warrantied until 200,000 miles. I can assure you, this car gets the attention it deserves. I also have virtually every receipt noting everything done to the car.

The car is nearly fully loaded:

I've purchased the wheels and tires brand new and have less than 1k miles.


Overall, the car is in incredible shape with only 49,5XX miles. The interior is immaculate however the little things you use to direct the air are jaded (will replace if needed) - leather on seats is wear free, back seats are in perfect condition. No stains anywhere on the inside. In addition, the car was never tracked nor drag raced. It was used, for what short time I have had it as my daily driver.
