97 Alpine White M3 coupe
Name: Benn
Location: Roanoke
Means of contact: PM
Price: $7500 Or Best Offer ****SOLD****
Description: 97 White M3 coupe with Dove Gray interior with the Vader seats
New components:
-Koni Sport shocks
-Ground Control Coilover kit (500lb front, 550lb rear springs)
-Ground Control Front camber plates
-Ground Control rear upper shock mounts
-Meyle inner and outer tie rods(both sides)
-MZ3 shifter(slightly shorter throw)
-BMW ZHP shift knob
-All new bushings and coupler in the shifter assembly
Engine is solid and has between 196-203psi in all 6 cylinders. Fresh Valvoline Synthetic oil change.
Mileage is the only hurt to this car, but you wouldn't know it driving it. It runs and feels superb. Currently mileage is 169,3xx. I've seen plenty of these cars with over 250k and still going strong.
Front brakes are coming up on needing to be replaced(if want replaced before purchase will do for cost of parts only if close to asking price), and most of the speakers in the car aren't very healthy. Though the new Kenwood deck is in great shape! There is a scuff on the hood near the roundel and a mark on the bumper(also the passenger brake duct pipe is missing), presumably from the same incident. I have gone over the car with our paint meter from work and it seems that the car has had 0 paintwork. The clutch holds and drives very well, but releases close off of the floor, so if that bothered you I'd assume it may need a replacement.(If someone wanted it replaced, and was paying the asking price, I will do the labor for free.) Also, the typical headliner sag issue. My father owns a shop that repairs these, and I hope to have it done in the next week or two, but if someone wanted it beforehand we could discuss that.
Pictures aren't that great due to my digi cam being down and out, so the phone pics will have to do Car looks much better in person.

Re: 97 Alpine White M3 coupe
LOL, I've had a guy on bimmerforums asking me about that. I work on these cars daily and am aware of their issues. Best that I can tell it's had a water pump and rad put in at some point. I'd have to assume the t-stat was done around that time, but it still has the plastic housing so I dunno. No leaks and no issues since I've owned it.
