2002 BMW 330ci Not Safe for 56k

Description: I am selling my e46 2002 BMW 330ci; it is dark blue on brown leather interior. I have never seen another e46 with this color combo, its my favorite part about this car. I bought this car about a year ago and it has served me beautifully. I am now selling it to move onto a German car with awd that my dog can ride in. I have only done one modification to this car, removing the factory muffler. Its only slightly louder and it sounds just fine. Most, if not all, service records are on file at any BMW dealer and PMW(in Powhatan, Va). The car is a 5 speed manual with 122,466 miles on it. Miles will be increasing as it is my daily driver, but not very quickly as I don't drive often. This car is fully optioned with Sport, Cold Weather, and Premium packages. It has every 2002 option except navigation(navigation sucked in 2002 anyway. Please PM, call, text, or post if you are interested.

Exterior Condition: 7/10 Some dings and dents and a few little chips. Nothing major, but it isn't perfect.
Interior Condition: 9/10 A day of detailing would make it perfect.

Service: All services at BMW dealer or Perception Motor Werks
