Timing belt kit has arrived, will have it installed this week.
With a little TLC this baby will be pushing 300 HP to all the wheels with no problems.

Timing belt kit is installed and she is running well, next thing to do is fix the popping when turning (CV boot or something) and check on the idling issue.

Make an offer, I have two people interested currently, if you want to see it, I will be around this weekend.
Currently inquiring about a new MAF (to try and fix the idling issue) and a new Tial Wastegate from a fellow owner.
