1986 BMW 325 sedan parts/repair car + more!

For Sale 1986 BMW 325 Sedan + various parts **PRICE REDUCED - $800 for EVERYTHING!**
For sale is a 1986 BMW 325 sedan, red in color, plus a multitude of parts related to this car. This was my daily driver until 9/15/08, as the problems have finally added up to where I can no longer afford to drive this car. It's been a great car, getting me home every time including her last time. The car does still run and drive, however you should tow or trailer her because of the nature of the problems.
Problem one: Water pump is draining out of the front of the engine.
Problem two: Throw out bearing is worn out, will need a clutch.
Problem three: Rubber Flex Disc (otherwise known as a Guibo) is in strands.
Problem four: Left Rear door is banged in and needs a paint job (bought it this way)
Normally, this wouldn't be a concern, but with my current financial situation I cannot afford to repair her.
Price Breakdown:
1986 BMW 325 Sedan: $700
Spare Differential: $75
Spare Front Bumper: $25
885 M20B25 cast head (#4 intake rocker broke, no bent valves): $230
885 M20B25 intake manifold, throttle body and new cable: $150
T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo (needs rebuilding): $70
6 4X100 steel wheels with tires: $80
Oil and Filter and oil cooler adapter (needs o-ring): $85
Spare and repair parts: $90
Selling as a complete package or as a trade for a car of equivalent value. Prices are set at the lowest I will let them go for.
