the car is sold as-is..and what lawyer would take ur case for something like that.Im no expert but i know a lawyer would want a case where hes gonna make big bux..naw mean?..I just think that whatever you buy in VADRIVEN is at your own risk..but good luck i guess triyng to fight it

helps out when you have 3 lawyers in the family and a very good friend is a lawyer.
its not the fact that it blew up, its the fact that he said there were new bearings and no problems with the car and then 2 weeks later, kaboom. i havent driven it more then 100miles since i picked it up from him.
i just would like a block to make it right. seems fair to me. being that i was told it was perfectly sound?
