This is actually a fairly decent price, believe it or not.

A perfect stock black chuki 5spd coupe with working AC is probably a $3500 car (crazy, but true). Take off $600 for the auto trans and another few hundred bucks for the less-than-ideal paint situation in a few places and you've just about got this guy's price.
