Go find a clean title low mileage 98 ITR for less. This thing is worth every penny of what he's asking.

Thanks guys for the comments, Type-r's hold their value very well. Many people sell their itr's for high dollar partially because their hard to come across. Championship White itr's are the rarest amongst the colors available. I believe my price is fair, and this is what it will cost for me to sell it. By the way, i'm in no rush to sell.
