s13 shell and motor

Plain and simple, got this shell and motor to start building a track car, but I dont have the time anymore, and the HOA of my neighbor hood is starting to complain, so im letting it all go. The shell is SUPER clean, but it needs a steering column and a gas tank. NOT parting out anything, but will separate the motor and shell. The motor is outta a super hicas hatch and has 175,xxx on it and i have the speedo to go with it. Looking to get $1,100 outta it.
