can you clarify more on the flywheel? Is it damaged? The clutch slips?

I drive the car daily to work. From having to slip the clutch stopping and starting in traffic, I believe the flywheel is glazed(worn). The clutch still grabs good, I don't take the car to the track so could not tell the performance condition. It is a pain to drive in traffic, though.
