It might be. I forgot it was located in Chesterfield at your friends crib if it was yours. I got the engine put in and caught a few issues with it. Trying to get the kinks worked out. It's been a pain but coming along. Spent alot of money but I need the money for an AWD vehicle for new transfer location.

Have any of the issues with the car been fixed?

I'm not sure cause I had to reorder the SAFCII since I made a mistake and bought a VAFCII.
The tune is supposed to fix the bog but isn't going in until this upcoming monday.
The speed-o-meter problem. I've been searching for information on it and maybe the wiring, end clips or the cluster but i'll replace all until i figure it's the the actual gauge cluster.
I would definitely like to sell with it being sound but as you can see there has been a lot of progress compared to when I first bought the car. I would say I need another 2k max to fully make this car a beauty and running smoothly with my standards of a clean REFRESHED vehicle.
I am out to sea and the car is at Precision Auto in Chesapeake.
