FS: NoVA: 2002 WRX w/built 2.5L, GT32, more
Well, the time has come. I've decided to go ahead and sell my WRX, and look for something a little more 'roomy.'
Without having to explain 200 times "why" I'm selling, that ^^ is it, basically.
NADA book on the car, in clean condition: $11,800
My asking price: $14,900
So anyway, here's the meat-n-potatoes of the dealio..
2002 Subaru Impreza WRX - Clean CARFAX
72000 miles
7000 miles on engine
I've spent around $9000 in the hybrid 2.5L engine build and supporting modifications. I have not spent any dyno time, tuning for power, other than a few road-tunes for WOT. Using Data Log Lab software, and logging a 3rd gear pull, the software calculated over 400whp and a little over 370 lb/ft Tq. There is plenty of tuning potential to make well over 400WHP, I just haven't beat on the car to do so.
Fuel economy is far better than what I was getting with the original 2.0L EJ205. I daily drive this car 130mi/day, and average 26-29MPG, consistantly. I would imagine that a good, open road trip, I'd see 30+MPG, quite easily.
I really love this car, but it's time to move on, I feel. The car is well cared for, which I hope, is obvious. It has a few chips on the front, and some paint rubbed off on the left/front bumper cover, where my wife just caught the front of it, while she was backing out of the driveway
Below, you'll find pictures of it from about mid/end June 2008.

I can get detailed pics of requested items/areas, as well.
NO TRADES, NO PART-OUT. Thanks!
