FS: H22 civic hatch $3500

Price: $3500
I have decided to sell my 93 civic hatch. I did an H22 swap on it about a year ago since then the car has not been driven much. The motor and trans are VERY fresh. When I got it, the coolant that was still I the motor was brand new looking, as was the oil that I drained. I have only put Mobil 1 in it, actually only changing the oil twice since I did the swap (that is how few miles I have put on it).
I spared no expense on the swap as my grand plan was to build it as a racecar
Here is what you get with just the swap:
1. FRESH JDM H22 I estimate under 50-60k on the motor and trans
2. H23 Manual timing tensioner conversion ($200ish if you do it yourself, much safer for the motor than the stock auto tensioner that is prone to fail)
3. 475 HP level 2.9 axles (and no they were not cheap)
4. Complete wiring harness done by me and made to look like it was stock. (I’ve had several people tell me they thought it was a stock harness)
5. P13 ECU and the harness inside the car is pigtailed for a VAFC to be hooked up
6. 2.5” Mid pipe custom modified by me to bolt up to a prelude header, which is also custom modified (one of a kind set up)
7. Custom made steel braided fuel line (also not cheap)
8. Shift box and linkage (mounted and hidden to look stock in an EG)
9. NEW water pump, plugs, wires, timing belt and all that jamz
10. NEW walbro 255lph fuel pump (I know over kill, but I was planning on going to a turbo later on down the road)
11. And probably a few other things I’m forgetting.
Just the swap alone I cleared over $4000 in parts easy and I did ALL the work myself including the welding and fabricating so that didn’t include any labor… I don’t remember exact number
MOTOR DOES RUN AND MAKES NO UNUSUAL NOISES. I started it just to check and make sure there was noting wrong with it. I can do the same for you if you would like to hear it.
The car:
Now the sad part is that the car is not complete thanks to the thieves who stole it.
Things that are missing for it to be drivable are:
Wheels
Radiator
Battery
Muffler (well I’d drive it with out one but we all know how cops are)
The body is not in bad shape. There are a couple of dints that showed up since it was stolen, but they are not too bad and easily repairable.
The paint is not great, the usual fade and the hood is pealing but there is NO RUST on the body just some spots on the hood. New speakers in the doors, gauge cluster with a tach and clocked for the proper mileage on the body. Radio was stolen but the rest of the interior is there and in good shape other than being dirty. The rear interior was removed from the car but I have it all in my attic. Spoon mirrors too.
I have the title and its clear
I AM ONLY ASKING $3500 firm. Keep in mind all the extras like RACE axles, timing conversion, meticulous wiring and custom exhaust. You have this stuff done on your own and you are looking at a BIG bill from your shop.
