FS/FT CLEAN 1998 Acura Integra LS *testing waters*

I have a 1998 Acura integra LS. I have had the car since November 07 and im just tired of it.
Located in Hampton VA
The Good:
Carbon Fiber Hood (refinished before I purchased the car)
full interior, no rips or tears.
stainless steel brake lines
Custom gauges
Gauge pods (A/F gauge is hooked up and oil PSI is not.)
push button start.
126K miles (daily driver, it's climbing)
Enkei CDR9 17" rims
Neuspeed front slotted and cross-drilled rotors on front
New stock rotors and calipers in back
No smoke, no weird sounds
New tires in front, rear are a little worn
Greddy full exhaust
lowered on unknown brand progressive springs.
Cold air intake
NGK spark plug wires
Type R wing
JDM side markers
good inspection
The Bad:
it's an AUTOMATIC
transmission shifts hard when cold
ABS doesn't always work when cold
Asking $6,000 or trade for swapped hatch no offer will be overlooked. let me know what you got or what you think.
