SALE NO LONGER PENDING

-Contacted seller today to meet and pick it up today instead of Tuesday, since me and the girl had the day off. Got his address and told him I was on the way .... all was good to go.

I leave from Chesapeake to go pick up a friend from the Pennisula (Dick) to check out this car with me.

Ive got in contact with him through PM's and everything that was wrong was listed ..... SO I THOUGHT.

I get a text from seller

"Speed Sensor is broke so Speedo doesnt work"

20 mins later .... ANOTHER TEXT (im driving to Richmond by the way)
"Oh, that qtr panel you asked about does have a big dent in it, I just noticed it when I went out and looked"

I SHOULD OF TURNED AROUND THEN

10 mins later he calls me

"Hey man, the title isnt in my name, its in the previous owners name still (which hes had the car for 4 months according to this thread)"





So ..... to anyone interested in this car, I would have him drive the car to you, unless your nearby.

I wasted gas and time when ALL of this should of been stated upfront.

How do you JUST notice a BIG DENT .... TODAY? I thought it looked funny in the picture and so I asked a few days ago .... "no no .... no dent there"

who said ive had this car for 4 months? ive only had it maybe 2 weeks and i apologized for the title i didnt realize i had signed it too and just hadnt transfered it over to my name yet. You told me you had like 1 1/2 hours of errands to do and i gave u a call within the hour after i looked at the title. My mistake.
