Default FS/FT: 1991 Civic Wagon AWD, JRSC, Koni/GC

Up for sale is my 1991 Civic Wagon AWD. I purchased the car about a year ago from the second owner, an older gentleman. When I bought the car it was all stock with the exception of the JRSC which was installed for a little more passing power. Since I've owned the car I've added a few more things.

Interior pics soon, but it's mint

Engine:
JRSC with all components, 6.5psi
Autometer boost guage
3" intake with K&N filter
Kamikaze header with 2.5" custom downpipe to clear transfer case
2.5" exhaust with cat, Magnaflow resonator, and Borla muffler

Suspension:
Koni/GC's with 500F/400R rates and extended tophats
15" Rota C8 with 205/50/15 Kuhmo SPT's with lots of tread

Maintenance: (within 5k miles)
Front rotors/Axxis Ultimate pads
Rear shoes
Supercharger pulleys
Distrubtor cap/rotor
Plugs/plug wires

The car also has the optional rear speaker pods which I found new in box and painted brown. The car also has a sunroof which was installed by Honda during the original owner's ownership. The car now had 121k miles on the original engine and burns no oil and runs great. the supercharger gives a lot of midrange grunt. The body is in good shape with no rust which I know from experience is hard to find in these Wagons as this is my second one. It does have a lot of small rock chips on the leading edge of the hood and front of the fenders. I also have a spare, new-in-box clutch as I though I was going to have to replace the transmission when I bought the car due to a 3rd gear grind. A simple MTF change fixed the grind and decided to keep the clutch anyway. The car also has PS and A/C, though the AC has not worked since I've had the car. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but feel free to message/email me at hondarcb@vt.edu I'm asking 5,000 OBO for the car and am only open to trades for 94 and up GS-R.

Well just for you information, kelly blue book puts the worth of this car with the said miles at $2,050 in excellent condition. This by definition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category. So by looking at the pictures yeah it might be in the 5% and if it has another $3,000 worth of after market parts then yeah $5000 is a great price....GL with the sale!
