Any idea what makes the whole car shake? And would this survive a trip up to NOVA?
Also, do you have compression numbers on the engine?

 

I meant to call when I got back in town last night but it was late. I really do like the car, and if it wasn't for me moving in a few months I would buy it from you. After Nov. 4 I have no idea what I will be doing or where I will be so it just doesn't make since right now to buy a car. Good luck with the sale. Somebody will buy this. It's a great deal.

 

yes..i have already done compression test on it...i will do it again so i have exact numbers for ya....but the compression was good all the way around, except one cylinder was a tad lower but still within spec. As always, if anyone comes to look at it, i have no problem doing the compression test in front of you to show its fine.... and yes, it should be find driving to nova

thanks....i know its a good deal too , which i dont understand why it hasnt sold yet...it needs minor things (like a drivers side door panel b/c the one in it is worn out and a few other things...the motor shaking thing shouldnt be that big of an issue, it will drive all day long like that....but, by the end of june, early july, if it isnt sold....we are completely redoing the whole car....

probably that it isnt firing on one cylinder...(it gets spark at the distributor, but not at plugs...and yes we tried different plugs and wire) and possibly a motor mount MIGHT be goin (but from appearance, they were fine)
