they are like a heat foil, don't know the exact name you can purchase it from inline, pretty expensive material though but does great wonders for the heat.

nope i think i mentioned that, you will either need to do one of the following:

live where there are no emissions, pay someone off (do not encourage), buy a piggy back from inline, or put the stock ecu , injectors in and disconnect any intercooler piping and have the test done then put it all back, not that hard
